Exhibiting and selling with us...
As artists, we know only too well the challenges faced in getting your artwork ‘out there'. This is one of the driving factors behind our company... to support artists in getting recognition, exposure, and sales.
Our aim is to provide you with a personalised support service. By exhibiting your artwork online your viewing audience can come from far and wide.
How much does it cost?- Registration is FREE.
- Monthly subscription fee of $13.50 (or a one off yearly fee of $135).
- No commission fees.
- If our secure online payment facility is used for sales, there will bea 5% charge to cover the transaction fees.
How do I pay my fees?
- We can send you an Automatic Payment form that you fill in and take to your bank.
- We can provide you with our bank details so you can set up your payments online.
- We will accept cheque payment if you are paying for the year in advance ($135).
What information do I need to provide?
- Good quality digital images of your work.
- Dimensions, mediums, material, prices and descriptions for each piece of work.
- Profile picture of yourself (preferred)
- Artist biography, profile or statement.
- If possible, we like to have a bit of a story around the work itself as people will often identify with the background to a piece as well as the piece itself.
What can I expect for my money?
- We upload your information and works to the site.
- If needed, we can undertake basic photo-shopping of the images at no cost to you.
- Each month we feature an artist on our home page which has a direct link to their profile.
- We actively market the site and your work.
- You will be provided with free promotional material to hand out to family, friends etc.
- If you have a personal website, we will add a link to that site on your profile.
- We will advertise your exhibitions and events for free on our 'Latest News' feature on the front page of the site.
- You retain FULL copyright of all your work.
- All work exhibited on the site will be marked with your name and a copyright symbol to protect it.
- You will recieve a monthly newsletter/email keeping you up to date with all the latest news and developments.
What do I need to do?
- Contact us and make arrangements to set up your subscription payments.
- Gather up the necessary information (images, details, profile information etc)
- Once you have set up your payment, or paid the yearly fee, send through the necessary data either via email, CD, DVD or flashdrive (which will be returned to you).
- Continue to show and sell your work as you did before, we just ask that you let us know when something that is being exhibited online with us is no longer available so we can keep our gallery up to date and current.
Extra bits...
- At present there is NO restriction to the number of pieces you can exhibit with us.
- You are free to submit both past and present works to give your portfolio more substance and provide a broader body of work for potential customers to see.
- All enquiries and commissions are passed directly on to you so that you can liaise with your customers personally.
- Should you requrie support with this, we are here to help.
- You are responsible for undertaking all packaging and posting for sold works.
