Bernice and Mark are married with three children.  They live in Upper Hutt, Wellington.

Bernice is the founding director of Gallery van Gils (formerly known as Art in a Box Ltd) and started the company in 2004.  She is also a contributing artist and brings with her an inside knowledge of the art world from an Artist's perspective.

Mark has a strong background in website support and administration and works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the day to day processes of the company smooth and hassle free.

This dynamic team are passionate about providing a supportive environment for artists to show and sell their original artworks online.  Their uniquely personal approach to both artist and customer sets them apart in the normally impersonal world of the internet.
